Visit to the historic Germano Angelo winery and vineyards. At the end of the visit we move to Barolo, the heart of the Langhe, in the historic premises of the "il Bosco delle Galline Volanti" farmhouse for a lunch paired with the wines from the cellar. 

Let yourself be inspired by the culinary traditions of the Langhe, learn how to make Tajarin (noodle), Plin (ravioli), and hazelnut desserts with us. Each participant is provided with a fully equipped workstation. At the end, enjoy a dinner featuring the dishes you prepared and the wines from the Germano winery.

During the week (Monday, Thursday, and Friday), the visit to the historic Germano Angelo winery is more affordable. If you book on a weekday, the cost of the entire experience is discounted.
