You can either take the cooking course with dinner or add a moment of in-depth learning about fresh pasta preparation: from ingredient characteristics, differences between flours and doughs, with or without eggs, etc., to equipment and processing techniques. But if you are a food and wine enthusiast, you can't miss the guided tasting of wines from our historic cellar that best pair with pasta and D.O.P. and I.G.P. products usually used in sauces, which will accompany and complete the in-depth learning moment on fresh pasta. An excellent way to make the experience truly complete and thorough.
